My name is Anne , and I am a first generation Vietnamese-American! I went to the University of Texas at Austin (hook ’em!) for college, and am currently a graduate student pursuing a Masters degree in medical sciences! During my 3.5 years of undergrad, I majored in Honors Human Development and Family Science, did extensive research on child development, was involved in Kappa Rho Pre-Medical Honor Society, went to Honduras for a mission trip with Global Medical Brigades, studied abroad in Italy, and became a youth leader for my church.
I started this blog in 2016 as a way for me to express my creative outlet and offer support for others pursuing medicine. I understand how hectic and stressful life can get for the average premed, and I want to offer advice and tips based on my own experiences! On this page, you can also find my random schpills about life and occasional travel posts (not so much anymore because I am now a very poor grad student 😦 ). I hope you’ll enjoy this journey with me and find my blog useful to you, and if not, I hope it you enjoy reading it! Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out to me for questions, comments, or random things!
